FESTIVAL PACKAGE TRAVEL / PERSON SILVER 1 NIGHT / GOLD 2 NIGHTS
The travel package offers a comprehensive travel and accommodation solution for the festival for Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Sunday.
What's Included:
- Transfers:
- Private bus transfer between Athens Airport and Kalamata (round trip).
- Intercity transfers between your hotel and the venue.
- Accommodation: 2 nights or 1 night in a 3-star or 4-star seaside hotel (breakfast included), based on a two-bedroom room. Limited rooms are available.
- Starter Pack: Available for pick-up on the bus.
- Gratis workshops
Important Notes:
- Availability: Local Transfers operate at specific, defined timetables in cooperation with your bus driver.
- Eligibility: Packages are valid for all attendees, including athletes, attendants, spectators, teachers, and adjudicators.
- Exclusions: The package does not include dancer participation fees or spectator entrance tickets. Exceptions may apply for special packages arranged for large international groups.
- Payment:
- Deadline: Book your package by October 28, 2026.
- Method: One-time payment per person, due 20 days in advance via bank transfer.
- Policy: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- Reservations: All reservations and payments must be made through the organizers.
- VIP Tables: Early reservations are recommended for VIP tables (includes wine and appetizers)
